@cmedik Joel, thanks for the RT and favourite.

Torontohenge occurs 4 times a year, roughly on Feb 16/Oct 25 at sunset, and Apr 19/Aug 23 at sunrise. Give or take a day.

Oct 25 will be best day to observe Torontohenge i.e. sun sets along major e/w streets at 6:18 pm @cmedik @shawnmicallef

@SunPosition @shawnmicallef Awesome! Will this hold true for e/w streets in neighbouring GTA cities as well?

@cmedik No, that date and time applies only to Toronto's major street grid. Mississauga streets run at quite a diff angle.

@SunPosition Okay, thank you. I did wonder at how similar the grid layout is betwn the cities. Good to know.

Tx Joel. MT @cmedik: @shawnmicallef: Re: Torontohenge @SunPosition may be able to answer your question.

@SunPosition Np, you immediately came to mind when I read his tweet. Altho he may have already answered his own question.

@cmedik Tx regardless. I posted the best date and time to see Torontohenge if you're interested (Oct 25, 6:18 pm)
